Meet the founders
Katie Caldwell
Since 2002 Katie has helped hundreds of people rehabilitate from injuries and strokes as a Nurse.
Seeing the power of stretching to increase mobility with patients, she founded ‘The Stretch Space’ (now The LIFE Space) to help even more Australians get free from pain and stay active throughout life.
Katie lives and works in The Glass House Mountains area, enjoying the active outdoors life with her family.
Erica Siddans
Erica is a qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor of Nutrition. Erica has passion for empowering individuals and families to live healthier, more balanced lives. She partners with people on their wellness journeys—whether they’re just starting out or looking to fine-tune their approach to health.
Through personalised support and practical strategies, she aims to make nutrition simple, sustainable, and enjoyable for every stage of life.
Erica lives and works in The Glass House Mountains area.
